Career Opportunities with Hands-on Systems

Hands-on Systems is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a Microsoft Dynamics Presidents Club Member with 22 years experience installing and supporting business systems. In 2007 we were a finalist in the Microsoft Asia Pacific Partner of the Year Award and we were awarded the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Partner of Year Award for Australia. Due to the rapid expansion of our business we currently have vacancies across a number of our departments and are actively recruiting for new employees.

Successful candidates will receive hands-on experience with the latest Microsoft products including Microsoft Dynamics – Nav, Dynamics CRM, RMS and SharePoint.

Interested applicants must have the following:

  • Demonstrated record of achievement and excellence
  • High degree of proficiency with desktop and PC-related applications
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good presentation skills

Consultant

Your role will be to provide implementation, consulting and support services to clients regarding our specific business solutions.

To be considered for this position with us you will possess tertiary qualifications in commerce or accounting along with at least three (3) years experience implementing ERP systems. You must also have a good understanding of accounting principles, computer technology, SQL database concepts and eCommerce. Any experience with Dynamics – NAV (formally Navision) would be highly regarded. As the primary face to our clients you will have the ability to gain a rapid yet thorough understanding of their business, processes and workflows and be able to articulate their needs as if you were part of their company.

Your communication skills will be of a superior nature and you will enjoy providing training to groups of up to ten (10) people.

Inside Sales

Are you a switched-on business professional looking to return to the workforce or the opportunity to wind-down your career? Do you have strong communication skills, an interest in technology and experience in a business consulting environment?

If this sounds like you, then we have an ideal position where you can put your communication skills and business knowledge to good use in an interesting and supportive work environment.

You would be responsible for contributing to a team of professionals to find sales prospects and would be happy to spend 18 hours each week talking on the phone with the likes of financial controllers and IT managers.

We are looking for someone who would like to commit to this role for a number of years and an excellent package and conditions are on offer in return.
